Ahh! There just seems to be so much going on, where to begin?
I'm working on several new bag prototypes, a midsize messanger bag with adjustable strap, made with biking in mind. I have been testing one out over the past month or so and I am in love, it just needs a few minor changes. Second a felt liver zippered pouch and larger liver bags are in the works as well. As soon as I can get some good pictures they of course will be posted.
What else? I am thinking about applying to two holiday shows, one in mid November and one in early December. My kundrum, and the reason I haven't applied yet, is that I will be taking a 5 week course over October and hopefully applying to grad school as well. This is the only class I need to start teaching for reals in the public school system, so yeah it is pretty important and I can't blow off the work for this class to craft as much as I will need to in order to do these shows. But I really, really, really want to do them, Gahhh!
One last thing that is just a bit less of a kundrum, but still a small one, I picked up another sewing machine at the good 'ol diversity thrift last weekend. I recognized the brand as a pretty good one, it worked and well was only $10. I thought all it needed was a presser foot and that would be pretty simple to find, well of course that couldn't be all. The part that holds the presser foot is missing too, and yes I have already done the ebay rounds looking for it and even posted one of those "want it now" things, but currently none of that is panning out. So if anyone can point me in the direction of finding such parts for a 'HuskyStar 207' by Husqvarna/Viking, I would adore you forever.
Well I think that is all my little fingers can handle for right now. Peace.
